We are located in the country on Highway 51 in Elizabeth, Pa, about 20 miles South of Pittsburgh.

We have been in business since 1986 and celebrated our 25th anniversary on January 1, 2011.
How have you stayed in business 25 years?
We have many loyal customers who have been with us for years and who we appreciate. Also by being totally honest, providing the best customer service we are capable of, never ever, giving up, no matter what, and the grace of God.
Are you an actual physical store or just a website who has products shipped from a distributor when someone orders ?

How do I order from your store?
Call us toll free at 1-888-549-8307or order from our on-line store. If you want, you can fax us at 412-384-2482. Don't be afraid to call. We are folks just like you and won't try to pressure you into buying anything that you don't want.
As time allows, we will be adding more products to the site, but just call or e-mail us for the price on any product we haven't listed yet.
What products do you sell?
We sell all products and accessories made by Cannon, Dual Pro, Eagle, FLIR, Furuno, Garmin, Humminbird, Icom, KVH, Lowrance, Minnkota, Navionics, Raymarine, Standard Horizon and are dealers for these manufacturers. In addition we sell various other products made by other manufacturers.
Do you have everything in stock?
We have most of the popular items in stock. Any products we don't have in stock can usually be shipped within two or three days, or if it's urgent can be drop shipped the same day. All in-stock items are usually shipped the same day if ordered before 3 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Why did you get into this business?
Our company was started in 1986 by Clint Parks and Cindy Jones. At that time, both worked for another company that went out of business. We decided to take the risk of going into business for ourselves, since we already had a good understanding of the business. That was 25 years ago. The simple answer is to make a living. Clint Parks passed away on April 4, 2007, and his half of the business was purchased by Cindy Jones.
You never answer questions on the different fishing websites that you sponsor as to which brand of fishfinder, chartplotter, etc, is better than the other. Why is that?
Many manufacturers have given us the honor of becoming a dealer for their products. It wouldn't be right of us to recommend one over the other on a website. There are many fishermen who use their products everyday, who can give you their opinions. You can also ask for opinions on our message board from other fishermen, or post your own.
Why should I buy from you?
You'll get down home, friendly service and as said before....we make our living this way and appreciate your support. We try to make all our customers repeat customers by treating them as we would like to be treated. It is essential to our business to give good customer service, and it's just something every company should do.
Some sites offer free shipping. Why don't you?
The cost of shipping increases everyday due to increased fuel surcharges imposed by UPS, etc. You'll find that alot of sites that offer free shipping and lower prices aren't around long and aren't normally dealers for the products they sell, so they can't exchange defective products, etc. In addition, large chain stores are often given advantages that independent stores are not. 25 years in the business has taught us what polices work best to insure our survival.

What is your return policy?
You may return a DEFECTIVE item for refund or replacement within 30 (thirty) days of the shipment date. All returns must be in the original carton, compete with all original parts and manuals, unless other arrangements are made with us. You must call or email us for a Return Aurhorization Number prior to shipping it back. At that time, please state the reason for the return. Lowrance allows us to replace a defective unit during the entire warranty period. Humminbird units are to be returned to Humminbird for warranty issues. Please call for any specific details you may have questions about.
Your may return a NON-DEFECTIVE item for a refund or replacement within 30 (thirty) days of the shipment date. It must be in the original packaging and be in resaleable condition. A 10% (ten percent) re-stocking fee applies on any item over $2,000.00.
Please insure your package as we can not be responsible for lost or misdirected items. If you paid by credit card and are requesting a refund, a credit will be issued. Shipping charges are not refundable.
