You may return a DEFECTIVE item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. All returns must be in the original carton, complete with all original parts and manuals, unless other arrangements are made with us. You must call or e-mail us for a Return Authorization number prior to shipping it back. At that time, please state the reason for the return.
You may return a NON-DEFECTIVE item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. However: A 10% re-stocking fee applies on any item over $2,000.00. Item must be brand new in original non opened packaging.
Please insure your package as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected items. If you paid by credit card and are requesting a refund, a credit will be issued. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Always call before returning an item for any reason. Please note: All Humminbird items are to be returned directly to Humminbird. It is Humminbird's policy that the customer is to deal directly with them. We can no longer exchange transducers during your purchase or replace defective units. This change was handed to us in April of 2011.
